Artifacts Vault v1 (device-only) is live
- Prompt Dictator outputs can now be saved into a local Artifacts Vault (title/tags/notes).
- Artifacts can be opened and reused to prefill Prompt Dictator via ?artifact=<id> (no auto-run).
- Storage is device-only (localStorage). No cloud sync.
